DuBois American Legion Auxiliary Unit#39 visited the 2nd grade classroom in Pawnee City on Wednesday March 30, 2022. Teacher, Mrs. Heidi Koster and her students welcomed the Auxiliary ladies who handed out red poppies and poppy coloring books. The children took part in a quiz regarding our American flag and it’s history. They were encouraged to show honor and respect for our flag.
