You may have been there; you may have seen it at the Pawnee County Fair. The annual Huff N Puff Garden Tractor pull. Ben and Troy Walters have been at this for 18 years. They have been in full swing since the summer began. They have a pull nearly every week for an 18-week period during the summer. Ben says they tend to be apart of community events and county fairs all summer.
