    True Value, the Pawnee City hardware store, has begun to prepare for the many projects that inevitably accompany spring and summer.

    The store’s assistant manager, R.J. Hickey, said the store began receiving shipments of mulch last week and it will likely go on sale in May. The store is currently focused on stocking goods that help customers get their yards ready for the warmer months. “Our top soil…
