Rosemary Ann (Rottman) Lucky was born August 20, 1939 to Harvey and Helen (Frederick) Rottman at Elk Creek, Nebraska. She grew up in Table Rock, Nebraska. Rosemary graduated from Table Rock High School, then received her bachelor’s degree in education from Peru State College and later received her master’s degree in education from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. Rosemary was a longtime teacher, teaching high school, junior high and also adult education in Bellevue, Nebraska. Her memberships included State President of ADK Teacher’s Sorority, Bellevue Education Association Retirees and Nebraska Education Association.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bellevue, Nebraska. In her spare time, Rosemary enjoyed embroidery, baking, gardening, reading and collecting classic literature.
She passed away October 9, 2022 at the Bellevue Medical Center in Bellevue, Nebraska at the age of 83 years.
Rosemary is survived by her son Shannon, brother Dan Rottman and nieces and nephew, Christine, D.J. and Mary. She was preceded in death by her parents. Private family inurnment will be held in the Table Rock Cemetery, Table Rock, Nebraska.
