[Jesus] breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit”. This was day one of the resurrected Lord. The word ‘breath’ is a special word, pneuma,in the original Greek New Testament from which we derive the word ‘pneumonia’. Pneuma can mean spirit, breath, or wind.
