Lewiston loses Homecoming heartbreaker to Meridian, 52-56

STERLING- The Lewiston Tigers hosted the Meridian Mustangs for Homecoming on Friday afternoon, September 30th and found themselves in a grid-iron battle that went down to the final second of play. Lewiston opened the scoring in the 1st period with big runs by Tristen Ray and Brady Bledsaw.

P.C. has first place finishers at Falls City

FALLS CITY - The Pawnee City Girls’ Cross Country team took home first place finishes in the varsity and junior high races at the Falls City Invitational on Thursday, September 22nd. Pawnee City senior Emily Lytle, placed first at the meet with a time of 21:48, a new personal record. P.C.

KIRKMAN’S COVE - The Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer Lady Titans hosted their Invitational Golf Tournament on Monday, September 19th with four other teams in attendance. Auburn won the team title with a score of 435 followed by Beatrice with a 480.

Pawnee City dominates Lewiston 64-27 in Homecoming victory

PAWNEE CITY- Both teams were missing key players, but the Pawnee City Indians controlled the tempo of the game from start to finish against Lewiston on Friday afternoon, September 23rd.

HTRS takes down C-1 Auburn in four sets

AUBURN, OMAHA - The Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer Lady Titans picked up three nice wins last week on the road. The Lady Titans traveled to Auburn on Tuesday night, September 20th and defeated the Class C-1 Lady Bulldogs in four sets, 25-16, 22-25, 25-20 and 25-21.
