Boatright the Recipient of the 2022 SARSP Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school Senior who is going into the field of education. This year SNARSP received 15 applications from 15 well-deserving Seniors. Our 2022 scholarship recipient is Abigail Boatright. Below is the submission Abigail used for the scholarship

Conditions close to perfect for State Track Meet

OMAHA - Our area track athletes enjoyed a beautiful weekend of Class D competition at the 2022 State Track Meet which was held on Friday and Saturday, May 20th-21st at Omaha Burke Stadium. The Class C and D field events began on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.

The Christen beef name now known also for sheep

“The Christen name has been known to raise beef cattle for many years, and I plan to keep that operation running throughout my generation as well. However, when I was brought upon the opportunity to start raising sheep, I jumped on it,” said Dana Christen.

Things heat up at Class D-1 District Track Meet

PAWNEE CITY - After a season of cold, windy and wet conditions, all three of our area track teams were seeking shade at the Class D-1 District Track Meet on Thursday, May 12th. The weather conditions on that day were close to sweltering, but also windy which made the day bearable.
