Positively 4th Street Promises to be Positively Delightful

The town of Burchard will be celebrating local businesses with the Positively 4th Street event on April 4 from 1 pm to 5 pm.The creator of the event, Jim Tegtmeier, said the name of the event was inspired by the Bob Dylan song of the same name. “I’m a big Bob Dylan fan,” he said.

Creative Thoughts, a florist and décor shop, was originally founded by Susan Pope in 1996 in Table Rock. She moved the business to where it now resides on 6th Street in Pawnee City in 2008.Pope said she always liked flowers and floral arrangements as well as home décor.
