Table Rock Board tries to move on from Feb. meeting

After a contentious meeting last month, the Table Rock Village Board tried to move on with business at its March meeting Monday. Nine people from the town showed up at the meeting and some were quite vocal about their concerns for the town.

Exercise Helps Arthritis

For years, people with arthritis have been told to “rest” and “don’t overdo it” because it may make their arthritis worse. In return, their muscles became weak and lack endurance. The inactivity also increases their risk for heart disease and weight gain, a factor which made arthritis worse.

2022 Envirothon Results

Thirteen teams competed in the 2022 Southeast Regional Envirothon. Contests were held February 17th in Lincoln and March 1st at Southeast Community College-Beatrice The Envirothon is a natural resources competition for 9th through 12th grade students.
