This is a belated message of thankfulness from the family of Ross Thiemann. He appreciated the many birthday cards and special messages for his 95th birthday. He celebrated with a decorated cake and his family singing a Happy Birthday song.

Ray Kappel/Republican DuBois has had trouble with its water tower for the past couple of weeks. The water tower froze during a recent cold spell and they shut the water off. The pipe was not drained and the water in it burst the pipe in the recent frigid temperatures.
