In the early 50’s TVs were becoming increasingly popular but not in the Morris Snyder household. Dad, like his Dad, was often an early adopter. He was curious about many things but to my dismay television was not one of them. Amongst my friends we were the last to adopt but Gunsmoke and I love Lucy were still being aired so my childhood did include television.
