Table Rock Senior Center recieves donation of equipment

Thanks to the SEDHD Cardiovascular Learning Collaborative, Blue Rivers Table Rock Senior Center received a donation of exercise equipment and an automatic blood pressure cuff.

Seen here is Paul Nimmich demonstrating a new piece of equipment.

Everyone is welcome to stop in and use this equipment when the center is open.
