NFL Training Camps Begin Across the League

NFL training camps opened in mid-July as all 32 teams turned their attention to preparing for the 2026 season. Rookies reported between July 17 and July 28, followed by veterans between July 22 and July 28.

Pawnee County Fair Mud Volleyball Tournament Brings Friendly Competition and Plenty of Fun

The annual Pawnee County Fair Mud Volleyball Tournament once again proved to be one of the biggest highlights of fair week as 26 teams from across southeast Nebraska gathered to battle it out in an action-packed day of muddy fun.

7th Place Finish for 12U Softball Team

On Saturday, June 20, the 12U Softball team traveled to Falls City to compete in the yearly tournament, finishing 7th in the Silver Bracket.The team started the tournament with a strong 12-2 win over Rockport. They then lost to Tecumseh, 9-3, before bouncing back with a 10-5 victory over Humboldt.

Pawnee Republican’s Inagural Spring Turkey Challenge a Resounding Success
