City Council Approves Resolution to Amend Ordinance Dealing with Water Lines

The Pawnee City City Council voted to pass Ordinance #1069 at their meeting Monday, February 24. This ordinance will amend chapter 3, article 1, section 3-117 to require a homeowner with a damaged water line that is either lead or galvanized to pay for its replacement.
