A Kansas State Patrol helicopter aided in the chase of a fugitive around June 7 in the DuBois area. The fugitive was Rex Peterson II. He was seen in Auburn and was wanted for absconding parole, according to Sheriff Brent Lottman of Nemaha County, NE.
