June is Men’s Health Month

Men and women are vulnerable to many of the same diseases, but the prognosis for men is often worse than it is for women. According to WebMD, out of the 15 leading causes of death, men lead women in just about all of them (the lone exception is Alzheimer's disease).

American Legion Auxiliary Unit 168 Honors Long Time Members

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 168 met on June 2 to honor members who have served for 25 years or more. Two members, Avis Collar and Glee Price, were awarded national certificates for 75 years and 65 years of service, respectively.
