10 Years Ago – May 28, 2015Michael Ryan incarcerated since Sept. 12 of 1985, died at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution Sunday at about 7:45 p.m. Former District Judge Randall Rehmeier was the special prosecutor in the Ryan case and now serves on the Nebraska Parole Board.
